So I'm trying to put in an order at vape royalty and it's telling me that my billing address does not match that on my card. I've called me bank and confirmed that it's the same.

The only method of contacting them is through a form that will take 24-48 hours to recieve a response.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I'm guessing that you just got the card and it's the first time you're using it.

I had the same problem with a PayPal transaction once before. Come to find out, I had typed my street address then hit the space bar once after the street name and because I hit the space bar, it got all messed up. I hope that helps you out. I order a lot of gear from vaperoyalty and have nothing but great things to say about their customer service and super fast shipping. Good luck

no, I've had the card since February. Just tried it with someone else's card from the same bank and had the same problem. I think they may have a problem with debit cards and how they "verify" addresses. plus the only credit card i have is Amex which they don't take lmao.

looks like i may have to go somewhere else. I was really excited for that black Friday $19.99 price tag. :(

Naw all I use are debit cards. Give it a try again and if you're ordering from a device that uses auto spell, don't hit the space bar just spell it out. It's a shame when you lose out on a good deal because of verified address but at the same time, it's necessary because of all those credit/debit card hackers. Good luck
