So I got my kit a couple days ago which came with a bunch of different clearomizers:

2 pc eGo Vision Stardust 1 LR 1 SR
1 pc Vivi Nova 3.5ml Kit
1 pc Vivi Nova 2.5ml Kit
1 pc Kanger T2 with 1 SR and 1 LR replaceable head
1 pc Kanger T3 Bottom Coil CC Clearomizer
1 pc Vision Extreme 3.5ml

The vivi nova 2.5mL keeps building up a juice around where the drip tip goes in, as well as just above the coil. Eventually this works it's way into my mouth.. I even took out the little silicone piece that's in the drip tip and place it down until it's touching the top of the coil head. Still doing it.. It seems to happen after I let the pv sit down for a while, then I go to use it and get a bit on my lips. Clean it, and the process just repeats. I really like the chocomint I have in this currently and I've been vaping it all day.

The kanger t3, and the one stardust I have filled also are getting liquid in the airpath and are gurgling. The stardust seems to also leak a tiny bit onto the battery.

It seems that the kanger k2 is working fine, though it's a shame because the grape ejuice it's filled with is wretched on my throat.

Is this just bad luck? Should I try something else? I plan on ordering some better quality juice and parts soon so I'd like to know what I should go for. I really like the vivi nova and the kanger t3.. it's a shame they aren't working better.

Sounds like you may be over filling them. Also try not setting them on their side after a session.

I fill them to the top of the marking. They all have space left at the top after filling. and I cleaned the mini nova when it was at 1.5mL, and it's currently at 1mL and needs to be cleaned again

Keeping them upright would kinda prove difficult lol.

I have an array of equipment beside me at the moment ranging from stardusts to vivi's to a phiniac tank. They are all lying on their side. The only ones that leak even a little are the stardusts and they leak out of the bottom. I know that's not particularly helpful but right or wrong, mine are all lying on their side without a problem.

Overfilling was my first thought but you say you're only going up to the marking. The only guess I have beyond that is the tops not being tightened all the way down. It's strange that you'd have the same problem across such a variety of equipment though.

Yep, that happens to them if you're laying them down.
I have a glass cup thingy I keep mine in at the desk to keep them standing up. Also, if they're gurgling then twist them off, use a tissue and wipe off the juice on the bottom of the tank and on the eGo batt connection.

The vivi nova 2.5mL keeps building up a juice around where the drip tip goes in, as well as just above the coil. Eventually this works it's way into my mouth.. This might be from vape left over after you take a drag. It can be solved by still taking the drag in after not pushing the eGo button. It gets the left over vape out of the drip tip.

Yes don't overfill the Nova,Also make sure the silicone cap under the top mouthpiece is pushed down all the way and the little metal washer is pushed down as well. The rare times I do get some juice in the mouthpiece or gurgling I just take out the silicone cap and rinse under the faucet, dry and put back in, problem gone.
The silicone cap is prone to problems if there is constant screwing off of the top cap,.Its a small Thing to a giant.

It's very odd that you are having an issue with the T3 as it is a bottom feeder. The stardust types are easy to overfill, I always go just under the fill line. It definitely helps to keep your mod upright as much as possible and to continue to 'draw' for a sec when you release the button. I always keep a couple of napkins handy in case I do flood a bit and remove the clearomizer, blow through it onto the napkin and take several quick puffs in succession to dry it out.

Don't give up. I am pretty new at this and I have at times had a few problems with all the same clearomizers. I still have problems with the Stardusts - I have had a couple that work great and at first they were my favorite. I really didn't like the Vivi Nova at first - but if I remember correctly it was more because the flavor was muted, but I think I have had the liquid in the mouth with it. I made it thru most of the first tank and then cleaned it and did the dry burn. Now it works great - I usually clean it once a week and I have been using the same head/coil for several weeks.

The T2 - I have also had leaking and the gurgling - but have now cleaned it 3 times and it is working great. The T3 - same thing the first fill I ended up dumping  made the mistake of trying to take it off the battery and unscrewed it from the base - and it was full. Ended up washing it out and letting it dry. Now as long as I don't let it get below the 1 ml - no gurgling or leaking. Although I have heard that if you try to use them outside in the cold - they will leak.

Now for the harsh feeling on the throat - I experienced this often in the first month or so and at times still do. Found I had to up my water intake and if it was feeling harsh - I would try brushing my teeth, use a mouthwash and sometimes just eating would make a difference. If none of this works - I try switch to a different device and flavor. Sometimes it works and sometimes nothing tastes good for an entire day. Then the next day - everything tastes good.

I nornally try to keep the device upright - but have had all of them laying down and no leaking. Yet other times I have had everything except the Vivi Nova leak. I really do think it is all a learning process and for the most part now that I am almost 2 months not smoking - it is finally feeling pretty natural to me and other than the stardusts - not near as much leaking - and now I have probably jinxed myself and everything will leak

If the Kanger T2 is working the best - but you don't like the grape - then I would just dump it, wash it out and either let it dry or try the dry burn and fill it with something you like. I too hate wasting juice - but honestly if it is working the best - then go with it for now.

I had a couple of "vision" clearomizers V2 when I began vaping a couple of weeks ago and they both leaked some. I wasn't aware there were knock off versions until after reading some of the posts on this forum so I switched to tanks. I have two 3.5 ml vivi nova tanks and 1 2.0 metal mini vivi nova on an eGo-C twist and a Smok pass thru and no problems with them so far.

This might be a lil OCD of me, but the clearo knock offs seems to have a different type of metal band (larger and rougher cut) than the genuine ones... this might be contributing to the leaking issue, but I haven't compared to a real clearo, so I couldn't say for sure.

The problem with the T3 is that when I'm inhaling, juice is getting pulled into the airpath. I can see bubbles coming up from where the coil is as I'm drawing. It doesn't seal no matter what I do with the silicone seal. I cleaned it out last night and refilled it, and the same thing is happening again. It's pretty much unusable like this.

Also I do try to continue drawing after I let go of the button, but I tend to forget :p

I can't really tell if the flavour is muted with my mini nova, but it seems to be working great right now. I think the problem is that I'm laying it down on it's side. I kept it upright last night and there was no liquid in my mouth this morning. After using it a bit though, I do see some build up again. Can't tell if this is just from condensation. I'll see how it acts up over the course of the day. And honestly, I'm not even going to bother with the stardusts at this point.. I really like the novas and the T2

I dumped the grape back into the bottle last night and cleaned the T2 out really well, filled it up and used it a bit last night. This morning there was probably a drop of juice in the airpath but I think that's because I filled it right to the top pretty much. After blowing out the excess juice in the tube and using it a bit, everything seems good :D I think I just need some better quality juices TBH, and that might help with the harshness. Like the grape for example, I can hardly take a little draw.. but the chocomint is very nice and I can take long draws. This hobby is going to get expensive haha.

I really doubt it's because they're knockoffs. I bought from a well reputed vendor. I did fill up my 3.5mL nova last night though for the first time, and after keeping it upright the entire night, found it had leaked juice all down my ego twist through the bottom..:glare:

Ugh, sorry ta hear ya had leaking issues. So far, I've not had any issues with my novas, mini or regular, except when I refilled the mini and got a lil juice in the center hole, but that was my fault. Dipping a tissue into the center hole and rinsing out and thoroughly drying the drip tip fixed it right up.

I might give my clearos another try, but I'm going to take out the attys and test with maple syrup, thinned if necessary, just to see if it leaks again. If it holds up, it might be that the bottoms of em weren't screwed in properly ta start with. If they leak, into the recycling bin they go.

Wishing you better luck and continued success with staying off the analogs.

I couldn't tell you what the problem is other than possible condensation... maybe mouthpiece condensation that is running back down the tube, but bottom coil clearos are supposed to bubble out the coil/wick holes. The sealed chamber creates a vacuum as juice is used and pulls in air which you see as bubbles.

On the T3, if you blow through an assembled tank that's flooding, you will blow out a bunch of juice left in the tank.

There are a few things to note about the T3, as it's been my only tank so far.

- Try different juice viscosities. A thicker juice may not leak
- Hold it nearly horizontal when inhaling
- Remove and clean out the connector
- Adjust the voltage up a little

If all the above don't do anything, you could be helped by adding some wicking material. Get some 100% cotton yarn, and add one strand at a time to the wick material sitting on top of the coil.

It sounds like you are getting juice in the air hole when you fill, make sure of this I"M USING THE SAME ATTIES YOU are and do ot have this problem, also don't fill all the way to the fill marks, you can use just a 8 oz glass to set your mod in so they are setting up,also tryletting up on the fire buttion just before you stoping your vape, What kind of mod are you using?
