try a different browserI cancelled a few things I ordered from Fasttech on May 6 and I am still waiting for my refund.
When I log in to my account the site freezes up and I can't do anything.

Ive bought lots of stuff there over the past two years and have cancelled a few too, always got same day/immediate refund to my paypal acct or else ask for a FT gift certificate,that goes thru in minutes...
Sorry,have never used a CC or DC there, I never use them for Chinese purchases (my bank usually refuses anyway)
Never had an issue with being unable to open a support ticket and, as another poster mentionned, during Chinese biz hours(?) they have sales reps available on chat .
Dont worry though FT is a reputable store,really dont think theyre trying to swindle you...It'll work out!

Usually, they split ship my orders when something has gone a few days past the ETA arrival. This has happened a few times before. I have been told I have the patience of a saint, and I've told them I'd be willing to wait for the shipment to come to it's entirety, but they still split ship. I've never had anything go over 10 days past the ETA, and only about %10 goes past the ETA.Be patient grasshopper! FastTech is good and never had problems with them. I cancel backorders and things that are holding up an order to get the rest of the order on the way. I get instant credits and have never had a problem. Had two things shipped wrong out of hundreds of order so I just ate it. CHEERS!
