I am fairly new to this. I started out with the "basic start up" then quickly upgraded to the ITaste VV. I don't know if I got a bad one or, if it is something that I am or am not doing right. I have to charge it at least twice a day! Even then, it seems to die very quickly. Once it is yellow I only get about 8 puffs before it goes to red then about 4 more before it dies. My husband thinks that I created a "memory" on it and destroyed it. Any suggestions?

There isn't any "memory" issues with newer batteries.

While there may be some issue with the battery, your battery may just not have enough capacity for the amount you wish to vape between recharges.

I have an Itaste MVP 2.0 with a 2600 mah sized battery. I'm able to vape about 4-6 ml a charge (about 3 clearomizers), averaging 8 watts before a recharge. Thinner liquids and lower wattages give more time between charges.

With your 800 mah Itaste VV... you probably can expect to vape about 1 clearomizer so on a charge.

My MVP 2.0 does the same thing regarding the color of the lights... it stays green just about until it needs to be recharged... and then quickly goes yellow, to red.... to dead.

I do wait until the light goes completely off but it still only lasts half the day. What do you mean "check the voltage"? How?

To check the voltage press the 2 buttons beside the screen at the same time

first thing to come up the the coil resistance reads AX.X

right after that is the battery voltage. UX.X it will read from about U3.6 to U4.2

I have three of these I use in rotation, 2 in use and one charging. The higher the watts or volts you are vaping at will use up the battery quicker
