First off, this is not a bashing thread.
Ok so I was steered toward buying a bolt from madvapes. So a couple weeks ago I ordered a plastic bolt, 2 batteries, charger, and cartomizers. When I got the bolt the screw post for the carto was crooked and loose. Just moving my hand the carto would wobble.
I opened a ticket and they said that if I send it back they will replace it. I asked that if it would work for me to order a new one and when it arrives I sent the other back for a refund, they said ok. Reason is that I just quit smoking cigarettes by using the PV and dont want to be without. Well while waiting for my new one one of my batteries malfunctioned, got really hot and melted the bottom of the battery. The other battery has been fine.
Well yesterday the new bolt arrived and behold..........the screw post is more crooked than the first, the up side is it does not wobble.
So now I finally got a response to my ticket, asking me to send both back. Now again I will be without a PV for 2 weeks due to shipping and dont want to do that. I asked if they could just send me a metal bolt (because I dont want another broken plastic one)and when it gets here I send the 2 back. Nope, I have to send back first. Ok I understand that some people cannot be trusted but this is now at $50 spent on bad parts and I am down shipping money to get it. I would need to spend even more to ship back now at 2 bolts and 1 battery, plus not be able to vape for about 2 weeks.
I am going to warm people to buy quality parts from quality vendors. I will say customer service is atleast talking to me but heck its been a week since I quit smoking and the stress from buying all this stuff thats broke is making me want a cig really bad.
