Problems with Ozark Fresh

I ordered from Ozark Fresh on June 22nd after reading a good review on this forum about their juice. I understood from the info on the website that all juice is made fresh and could take up to 3-4 days to make. So I figured 7-10 days max and I would have my order. Well, it has now been 19 days and no order. I have sent plenty of emails; one was responded to on July 2nd that said my juice was ready and would be shipped in the next mailing. Not sure what to do at this point since he doesn't respond to emails or answer the phone. Should I call and dispute the charge on my credit card? Has anyone else had this type of problem and/or such bad service from an internet provider?

People should probably avoid this business until they've proven that they got their act together. JMO

I'm a local customer, so I was lucky. I don't pay until I pick it up. But the the very bare minimum he should wait until he personally drops the order off at the post office before charging people's cards.

It's not like he doesn't know how long it's taking, and I'm sure he'd have a thing or two to say if the shoe was on the other foot.
