Okay, so I've had my provari for a few days now, and I've burned 2 cartos at 4.7...It feels like I am constantly topping off my cartos and this is still happening within 20min...If I got a smoktech 4ml tank from canvape, can I use my Boge cartos on them?....I'm willing to punch the cartos, but I don't know how compatible it all is. Plus I don't know about the black stickers on the cartos...

First, in regards to your concerns about the short life-span of the boge cartos...that's one of the cons with VV vaping. You'll burn through juice a lot faster than at 3.7V or below. I'm vaping the same standard 3ohm boge's on a lavetube between 4.3v and 4.7v and have to top off every thirty minutes or so to keep the flavor up.
Second, about the tank. If you have the regular ole boges, I think they're too short to work in the smoktech tank. You'll need an XL or mega carto. The black sticker can be peeled off and clean the glue off really well with something like isopropyl alcohol and then clean that off with some water. It'll be best to buy some stainless steel XL cartos. Yeah, you can punch them, it's what I do.
