I sent an email to support but I'm not sure if that is the right email to send questions to if you have problems. I ordered my brother a Riva SE for christmas. I gave it to him and after charging he screwed the atomizer on, when he pushed the button it was stuck or something as it would not turn off. The whole unit got really hot and fried the atomizer. We had a hard time even unscrewing the atomizer because of the heat. Now, that battery will no longer charge. When you put it into the charger, the light stays red no matter how long you try to charge it.
Does liberty flights usually let you exchange things like this for a new one? I would also be interested in seeing if this has every happened to anyone else. I have had quite a few problems with Riva batteries lately so I'm not sure what is going on there.
