Are you assuming the OP has been singled out?

Not at all. But I have enough experience with V4L and several other forum vendors to understand that most of the busier ones have problems. V4L just expanded their space, once again, and appear to still be growing.

I am saying that most of the V4L regulars, (old timers) have had a problem but it was corrected through channels.

Being in the service business I do wonder about the items I listed that were not addressed as I would have a difficult time with replacements under those circumstances too.

I would be flipping out! Going ape .....!

I'll tell you what I did when this happened to me... It wasnt with a e cig company it was with a knife company. I bought a knife and there was a factory defect... like a $120.00 knife that had a lifetime warranty against factory defects. The problem was that they would not honor it. So heres what I did.

I first email them got shot down... I was shocked, I really thought it was going to be an easy return. After that didnt work I emailed every person listed on their website explaining what had happened and how I was treaded by their customer service. I also attached to every email copies of the orginal emails where the customer service agent was rude to me. Once I took advantage of every option the company made available to me I took it way further. I reported them to the BBB. I filed a formal complaint. Then I made a youtube video of that happened and explained everything clearly. I then made follow up videos letting everyone know what I was doing and if SOG was taking any action to fix their mistake. From there I went to every forum where SOG products were discussed and pasted copies of all my SOG email transactions with explanations. After that I went to Amazon... On every thing SOG sells, I left reviews.... on everything! I explained what product I was talking about and explained what happened to me. I wanted people to know how SOG treated their customers and how they honored their lifetime warranties. After about 3 weeks of this I was contacted directly by the SOG President asking me to explian what happen directly and how he could fix it. All in all It was fixed. The BBB was the thing that really helped. After SOG replace my sheath I then removed all of my negative on Amazon and removed my youtube videos.

Sheesh... Well, at least you got your warranty honored finally.

The few problems that I have had with V4L were fixed at their cost. I've never had to pay shipping to get a problem taken care of here. They have always sent out replacements to me or kindly fixed it on my next order. I can't help but wonder if some of the people that send items back to V4L let them know that they are doing so first. I can see how getting a package back from a customer with no clear explanation of what is going on could be a complicated matter.

Yeah a bit of over kill but people have to understand that the only reason the web works is because of the honor system atleast to some degree. We have to be able to trust vendors and trust that they will honor their sales agreement. I get so mad at companies sometimes that try to screw average joes out of there money. They have to be held accountable some how...

I have to agree. We don't know enough about that one. The OP has not replied if he called chad.

People, let's quite suggesting that new juicers go to V4L for supplies. They may have been a really great supplier before, but now it seems they can't get their act together. They may in the future return to their great status, but let's wait till enought users report good transactions.

I cant understand having problems with tons of orders coming in but a retailer has little excuses for not communicating with consumers and not honoring there word. I say boycott! I certainly am not going to hand someone my money for nothing in return....

Everyone just calm down. Don't get your panties in a wad. These aren't life and death matters, the situation WILL be resolved. It's really not worth getting upset over.

I've been ordering from this company for almost a year. I've tried other companies, but V4L is now my only supplier. Other companies juices have given me chest pains, or juice goes bad way before it's supposed to, or getting juices with ZERO throat hit at "24 mg". I order with confidence knowing if something were to arise, they would be on top of it.

If you give them a chance, they will make it right. They have always come through for me.

Kimmy, I agree and I'm not flying the V4L banner

I'm not a V4L customer, I've yet with the exception of 1 very small supplier to have any problems not rectified. With that, be sure to keep the trail of e-mails and forward this to the complaint officer, I'm sure that since you've ordered a number of times from them you've included paperwork copies from all the returned pieces parts, along with note to indicate what the issues are, so that they know what to do? I'm sure that they'll look into this.

That being said, some people are non-pleasers, some are on a permanent "road rage" like state and try to de-rail suppliers on any level of products.
Let's work towards getting the problems resolved and not try to tell everyone how they should or shouldn't take out their aggravation by seeing how far we can go to embarass or act negatively either in posts, or on the web, youtube, whatever, until they've had time to resolve things.

You returned and have Delivery Confirmation Receipt proving they received products.

Call your credit card company and get your money back. Credit card company may require a copy of your Delivery Confirmation. That is no problem. You can email them the number, or email a scan of the Del Conf.

That is why you use a credit card. You have a safety net. Use it.

The company, (V4L) will receive a charge back notice and it will cost them $20 / $25 or more handling fees. That is their problem, not yours.

Your credit card company should not be charging you a handling fee for reversing the charge. There is a time limit for you to request this reversal. Depending on your credit card company policies, it can be anywhere from 30 to 90 days. I suggest you do this within a short time. It appears communication between you and the company (V4L) has ceased.

Hope this helps. Hope you get your money back.

I have to disagree on this one, she indicated she sent back things from several orders. This doesn't sound like it's a supplier issue. Can I ask why you didn't contact them and send these back when you received them? I can't see that they're deserving of a charge back from the credit card company, anyone else?

I know several of you are upset with this supplier and I've pm'd a number of OP on this to contact the ECF complaint officer, but if you're not realistic here, it's not fair. Again, I've not purchased anything from this supplier, just looking from both sides of the fence.
