You are allowed to jab people that say that in the windpipe* Nothing too violent, just a little love-tap to get the message across.

Then ask them to give you their evidence for it causing pneumonia and wait.

You'll be waiting quite a long time while they search google, wikipedia and other websites like the Jewish Internet Medical journal (don't let them search there) and then they will turn to you and say "I can't find any evidence at all that vaping causes pneumonia"

You can say "yes, I know" in response.

Another jab to the windpipe is acceptable at this point, but maybe a little mean spirited. Use your own judgement here.

* Just kidding about the blow to the windpipe, but you are allowed to kick them right in the shins.

I, had a severe respiratory infection for a couple of months that I just couldn't shake. My Dr. talked me into vaping and within 3 days I was on the mend. It has been almost 14 months since my last analog and I haven't had any problems or infections since. I got sick a couple of times a year when the seasons changed, now seasons come and go and I don't even realize it. What I do realize is what vaping has saved me not only in cigarette costs but co-pays and pharmacy bills. Not to mention I was able to bank the maximum sick leave allowed by my employer and use all of my vacation days for vacation. That my friends hasn't happened in 20 years. I hope everybody has a HAPPY, HEALTHY, VAPING NEW YEAR!!!

PG is a standard mist added to the HVAC systems in hospitals. It encapsulates airborne contaminants, bacteria, viruses and floats them to the floor where they can be mopped away.

My lungs are in much better shape after vaping for almost 5 years. My sense of smell is so sensitive that I can detect things I never knew existed. I can walk outside and smell flowers, grass, trees, and dirt. Some of those I haven't smelled since I was an early teenager!

Since I started vaping I found that I can exercise without getting out of breath. I'm now doing 7 sets of 20 reps every day with the Total Gym and free weights. I ride a stationary bike at 60%, 70%, and 80% resistance about 30 minutes and I ride about 6 miles every day. I have a pulse oximeter that tells my my blood oxygen percentage. It's easy to maintain 98% O-sat while riding the bike at 80% resistance.

I couldn't do any of that when I smoked 2 PAD, at least not without stopping often to catch my breath. Vaping has been popular in the U.S. since about 2009. 5 years is enough time to determine the effects and the general consensus is that vaping is an activity that seems to actually improve the health of those who switch from cigarettes. Studies reinforce that.

Here's a good vaper study done over a 5 year period by a medical school.

only issue I have from vaping is PG, causes me to get a stuffy nose and itchy throat... solution, vape 100VG...

LOL- Exact same as above ^^^^^ except reverse it for me. VG causes my sinuses to go wacky, had my first ever sinus infection after a heavy vape "fest" on 100% VG and now won't vape anything over 50% VG, except the occasional Boba's and GJ (which is always followed by a stuffy nose & heavy chest feel)

But other than this...no more bronchitis like I use to get twice a year from smoking and other than the sinus infection and occasional stuffy nose (from too much VG), no other sickness.
