vaping does not cause pneumonia. Smoking does not cause pneumonia. Cold air with or without wet hair does not cause pneumonia.
BUGS cause pneumonia. (Bacteria, virus) Other things can weaken your immune system making you more susceptible to said bugs, but without them there is no pneumonia.
