Hi Guys I just wanted to thank everyone who has helped out and stood behind SI this past month. Our increased growth has been tremendous and hard to keep up with on its own!!! Then a few weeks ago as you know we had a crippling system issues... coupled by our head packer being called off for training for the armed services. The lack of tracking numbers caused a devastating impact to our customer service department...like dominos...The problem was intermittent so as soon as it looked like we were catching up down it would go again
.
Every member of SI pulled together working till 11-12pm and even a few Sundays! The dedication has been amazing to see and greatly appreciated!!
That being said our system issue is fixed, our head packer is back and we have increased our employee base by almost double (they have been in training during the ciaos so it should be a breeze for them now
)... to catch us up to where we were a few weeks ago and to be in place to make sure we have enough hands on deck as we grow or encounter (hopefully not) another issue.
I just wanted to let everyone know... All tickets are up to date and responded too.. and we will by tomorrow be caught back up to same day shipping.
We stand by our word and will also sacrifice to make things right!!
