Hi Guys I just wanted to thank everyone who has helped out and stood behind SI this past month. Our increased growth has been tremendous and hard to keep up with on its own!!! Then a few weeks ago as you know we had a crippling system issues... coupled by our head packer being called off for training for the armed services. The lack of tracking numbers caused a devastating impact to our customer service department...like dominos...The problem was intermittent so as soon as it looked like we were catching up down it would go again :(.

Every member of SI pulled together working till 11-12pm and even a few Sundays! The dedication has been amazing to see and greatly appreciated!!

That being said our system issue is fixed, our head packer is back and we have increased our employee base by almost double (they have been in training during the ciaos so it should be a breeze for them now :p)... to catch us up to where we were a few weeks ago and to be in place to make sure we have enough hands on deck as we grow or encounter (hopefully not) another issue.

I just wanted to let everyone know... All tickets are up to date and responded too.. and we will by tomorrow be caught back up to same day shipping.

We stand by our word and will also sacrifice to make things right!!

it is only orders during that time period that may still have an issue all current orders are fine ... if you give me the order number I will mark it complete.
Great stuff but I think there's still a glitch with the site. One of my orders I mad on the 14th says it is still processing yet I received my order over a week ago. I hope this gets fixed because I like to follow the order via tracking.... so I know when to sit by the mail box :)

I had an order last week and everything was absolutely normal. Fast processing, shipping and delivery. Tracking number was assigned, confirmation email was sent - I did not notice any issues whatsoever! :laugh:

I guess I must be blessed because even though I knew you guy's were having problems I placed an order every week since I was sent your way by JenerationX the day I joined the ECF Forums. I am happy to report (as I have many times before) I order on Sundays and by Wednesday or Thursday I have always received my order. Admittedly once I didn't receive a shipping notice but since you (Imagine) were giving us updates here I didn't sweat it and got the order anyway on Wednesday too. Tell all your employees we appreciate their efforts and I know I will remain a loyal SI customer because thanks to the Volt products and your juices I have finally quit smoking stinkies after 35 years of trying and failing but this time it worked!!!

I would never desert SI. It was a bump in the road that is over we hope. I am not a normally patient but your producets are worth it. I only use SI products and have been quite happy . Now that you have grown bigger I hope you ordered tons of inventory from your suppliers. Will be hangin in to see what other new thiings you bring out...:)

All of my SI orders have been great. I keep trying to find excuses to order more! Pretty soon, I may have enough of a stash that I can hold on for a few months if needed. Maybe. /sigh

I really appreciate all the customer service that you have given us Imagine, right along with the guys on the packing front lines. And please thank your head packer for his service for us. It is very much appreciated.
