To be honest, our processing time is slipping a bit and I hate it. We're maxed out on space at our current location and can't even park more cars for employees. Gonna have to get a shuttle bus and do some remote parking :(

Anyway, we're looking at larger spaces with more parking so we can get some more employees in and get rid of the backlog. Our current staff can process about 500-600 orders per day and if we get over that they get delayed until the next day. Our biggest challenge is on orders that come in from Friday late afternoon until Monday morning as we usually have about 1000+ orders and it takes until Wednesday-ish to catch up completely. We do have a shift that works Saturdays and they get our about 300 orders so.

I think the USPS being slower and MV being a lot more busy the last 2 months are probably the reason. I haven't waited over 5 days to get an order from them yet though with most of my orders here in 2-3 days. According to there counter they are processing over 900 orders this morning and a lot lately it's that way..before December they usually were processing 500 or less a lot. I'm sure if it keeps up they will hire more people to handle the load if they haven't already. It takes awhile to hire and train new good workers...

Maybe you should hire a temp night shift to get orders ready or see if you can get some people to stay late packing orders (overtime) when you're that busy until you can work it out.

Yes, their shipping has gotten better since they have caught up from the holidays.
I ordered something the Tuesday after Christmas late at night. It "shipped" that Thursday, but didn't actually make it to the Charlotte processing center until the following Tuesday since that Monday was the observance of New Years.
I ordered something last week, it shipped within 48 hours and was in my mailbox two days after that.
I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a madvapes in Rochester, NY and I'd apply there in a heart beat.
