That sounds odd, I didn't think anything from down there could get up to the atty...?

I have no clue...............Take it apart clean it all up for the week and try again.

That's all I can think of, I would look at the switch see if it's melting in anyway. And if it is send it back, all his switches now have "Limited Lifetime"

I have noticed that when I use the mega 510 carts/attys, I get a smoother, less hot draw. So I have switched to using them on my Prodigy V2 instead of the normal 510 attys.

Also, I think I fixed the switch problem.
I was not getting contact when pressing the button.

I used a Dremel tool with a tiny cylinder shaped grinding stone bit and ground down the plastic ridge where the 2 contacts are.

Before, the contacts were flush with the surface of the ridge, so when you press the button, the metal ring comes down and presses againts
the ridge but does not get contact with the 2 poles.

By grinding down the plastic ridge, this made the 2 contact poles stand up higher, so when the ring comes down, it presses directly on the 2 poles and does not touch the ridge.

I am now getting good contact every time I press the button, so this time, I think I fixed it for good!! :p
