Oh sweet, that means my 60ml of Blueberry is coming too since it's on the order with the V1 mechanical switch -- woohoo!

The reason the Prodigy E-cig switch is going bad prematurely is beacuse the switch can not handle the amount of current it is suppose to carry. It needs a simple heavy duty simple heavy duty switch, otherwise the problem will not go away. That is the solution, it's that simple.
Nico -- You are partially correct. Although, I have the same 3.7v/6v Switch in my Prodigy V1 since day 1 (back in early May 2008) and it never failed me once. A mosfet would be better suited to run a tact switch like that.
And these mechanical switches are completely different. There is no outside switch source ... Just components we have machined ourselves. They can handle much more than the load put on them
