Hey Max, Check your spam folder. I've responded to each ticket. If you haven't gotten them, just shoot me a pm, and we'll get you taken care of. You should also be able to see the response by logging into your Puresmoker account. We will need you to send the switch in for repair.

I kept looking for it under "My Account," didn't think of going back to the "Contact PureSmoker" link.
