I am not sure what you mean by that "kind", but this is an automatic battery with two regular cartomizers that are tweaked to run upside down. It works with e-liquid and produces vapor.
I guess the words vaporizer and hookah have some wrong connotations. Before I quit smoking I was enjoying hookahs with fruit flavored moist tobacco (apple and bananas are generally really good, way better than in any e-liquid I have tried).
This exact same product has recently been reviewed by Todd:
Excuse the long explanation but I am surprised by your reaction and that some people also 'liked' that, for which I cannot find any explanation.
Hookahs have been used for centuries with tobacco, long before whatever people are using it for these days here in the west. In any case I wouldn't suggest an illegal and off-topic product for this forum anyway.
Thanks.
I am sorry if I offended you in some way?
I would imagine you assumed I meant I wouldn't carry anything drug related... while that is true, it isn't what I was referring to.
There are many items I will not carry at this time, Hookahs, wax based liquids, herb burning clearomizers and a host of others.
The history of this item is why I will not carry it. It is synonymous with tobacco. In fact it is a tobacco based item with the option of turning it electronic for a second use. That is a tobacco product along side electronic products.
I am staying away from any product that can be in any way construed as something else other than a true electronic cigarette. In my state I do not need any more potential exposure or scrutiny to those in power who can use it as a wedge to further restrict the sale of electronic cigarettes. We have a senator who wishes to ban it altogether and he will use any and all means to do so. One look at this and he will be able to correctly state "they sell tobacco products along side electronic cigarettes" (which he cannot do now) and use that as some vague "proof" that tobacco and ecigs are the same thing and must be banned online. Politicians do not need proof, they need sound bites. And he may even go further and suggest it is for drug use.
We already have enough of a hard time convincing public officials that vaping is not smoking and the ridiculous notion that it is gateway to tobacco use or some other use. My decision has nothing to do with legality. It is based on perception.
