My first one quit working after one tank of juice but 2nd one has been working good. It is a good thing they are easy to swap out. Mine was reading open so I figured the coil wire popped. The important thing to remember is to be sure to unscrew at the base and not by the tube or you will have juice in your lap.

V8 The Madness point of view.....

Well.... At 20Hrs Vape Time with the first charge, the unit displayed a "Lo" flash on the LED screen...

I continued to vape for another 45min, the "Lo" started to flash faster and faster, sure gives a good warning...
The power seems to "Flash" as well; you can feel the low battery warning without looking at the screen...

At just under 21 hours I changed the batteries...

Close to 21 Hrs Vape time on the first battery set! :toast:

The little woman's unit just started flashing "Lo" 21 hours on the first battery set, so I assume I will be changing batteries soon on hers soon... She is on 22+...

Very Nice Battery life!!!!!!!!

I really like the unit...... my Wife loves it!!!

Thanks again!

Got my CE6 yesterday... out of the box the tube already had hairline cracks in it. I filled half way with juice, let it sit for a few hours, and my juice leaked out of it... lol. So much for that... when oh when will the manufacturers get these things consistent...

Did you PM Eric? Not sure what's covered under DOA.

When my Stardusts/eGo clearos started developing cracks, I got some Gorilla Glue Super Glue, and painted the cracks. Let dry overnight, and they were good to go.

My plan on the CE6 is to replace them (if) I get replacements form the manufacturer.

If you purchased one like I suggested and you have issues, we can work something out but that's correct if I replaced everything with an issue I would most certainly go out of business :(

I was sent something different than promised by the manufacture and low and behold, after my complaints (again) no word from them. Some of these are very good, one of them I opened the first day is still kickin and just a tiny crack with no leaks, then I have reports of just a torrent of liquid... not sure what to do.

as it was/is untested I suggested on the page to get ONE, if you bought more than one, I really can't help other than replace tubes if/when they send them to me, but if you bought one and it's not working for you, contact me (via email not the forum) and I'll see what we can do for a credit. I will not ship out another to replace a cracked unit, that would be silly and a waste of postage (which adds up) because I can't keep shipping them out every time there is a crack :(

But I don't want anyone feeling cheated.. that's for sure.

Ask the vendor about the official copy of the RoHS certificate for the merchandise with each shipment. The European standards are much higher so Chinese manufactures send the quality product there and "leftovers " to the other countries (including USA ). This why you might see some of their items " prohibited to ship to EU " and some europian customers has to buy stuff from US vendors.

Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) ??

That? I do not see the correlation? A poor quality tube would still pass RoHS would it not?

Just ask (for a liability purpose or just out of curiosity ). How many complaints about the same items have you heard from the European customers on this forum? It's obvious the manufacter are using some polymers aren't suitable for certain chemical or thermo conditions.
Forgot to mention CE and SGS (Dekang/Boge has it ).

I see what you are saying but if you think a vendor is going to tell me how many complaints they've had... well... it ain't happening. A crappy thin tube is not a hazardous material so would not fall under any such guidelines as far as I know, shoddy workmanship is not covered. Are you sure you do not mean some other qualification such as quality control?

Like ISO or something?

Leaking eLiquid is not a hazardous substance (unless you make it hazardous) and the electrical is a coil that heats the liquid itself, so this would fall under "what the heck do you think you're doing" rather than some government agency regulation of safety and I for one would rather all government agency stay as far away from eCigs as possible, they make it hard enough.

Best course of action is to not buy from them again and see if I can get replacements. Trying to pressure a Chinese company is like trying to get water from a stone while talking to a wall, they will say

"yes, we fix long time, how many you buy now, yesterday, money sent?" :)

I didn't PM him. Since I only bought 1 as he suggested. I will dig out the Gorilla glue, and paint this sucker up. Can't wait to take my first rip off it.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using David Copperfield's magic fairy dust.

The point is the supplier should has something . Otherwise you might getting some "fake" merchandises

Not really, fake in this industry implies there is an original they are knocking off, or that they told me the tube was something other than it was. They lied about the bottom coli, not the tube. Poor quality is rampant over there and I think this is what I got, just poor quality and misleading description. They purchased the cheapest tubes they could get, not fake tubes, cheap tubes.

I 100% agree with you that they are culpable, but you are thinking like an American (or a European) we expect to get results when we get crap, here we have a recourse, from China we do not. :(

Believe me I wish I could go knock down some doors...

If anyone wants to start a donation to get me a plane ticket... :)

I would pay $15-20 for a tempered glass replacement tank for the CE6 that I could swap to the new one when the old one wears out. My first one still going strong and Vaping/tasting great

Here's a way by stop ordering from them.
Need to establish some kind ECF vendors union to go after suppliers.

Just wondering here. Since I am fairly new to tubes and tanks so don't have any info on what is out there. Anyone know of another tank system that uses the same size tubes as the CE6?

We certainly can't blame Eric for these cracking tubes. We bought them in good faith and he sold them in good faith. The bad guys in all of this is all on the company that sent him a product with the cheapest tubes they could get their hands on. Shame on them. I have this little quirk...it is next to impossible for me (or my husband) to buy just 1 of anything. I think it is a Libra thing. We just have to have balance. All of that just to say...I bought 2 of them and both cracked right away. I hate that happened but what I hate even worse is the grief it has caused Eric. We all know it wasn't his fault. He was lied too.

If someone knows of a different tank system that uses the same size tubes I would be willing to buy one of them. At least that way when that one quit on me I could recycle the tube be using it on my CE6's.
