Prolonging carto life through vaping habits?

I've been using 510 cartos for a while now... reg boge, lr boge, ikens, dual-coils...

Admittedly, I vape tasty vapor juice that is sweetened, so it clogs cartos. But... I always hear that cartos should be kept wet, and sometimes when my carto is nice and wet, the juice turns brown (dark brown) in a hurry. Is it possible that with so much juice that it is burning?

Depending on the type of sweetener used, some juices are going to get darker in the carto as heat is burning those sweeteners. This will create a layer of burnt juices around the coils that is sometimes impossible to get rid of, hence the tossers ! Darker juices tend to clog atties and cartos faster as a rule, but not always. But yes the sweeter juices will tend to do this. Lower voltage or higher ohm cartos and atties will sometimes help. You might try that. What type of PV are you using with your carts ?

Reo grand @ 3.7 with lr boge cartos. Have also used dual coils. Reg. Boge=too weak. Lr boge good but get hot. Dual coil probably best but don't last that much longer and expensive.
