where can i get one locally to fill a carto? All I can find at the pharmacies are 28 gauge and up... not working at all! I know about the condom cap method but mine didnt come with those... starting to get frustrated!

of different sizes,they are sharp tho(farm vetrenarian syringes),just grind 'em down to a blunt tip

I'm with aziffel I just bought my syringes and needles at TSC (Tractor Supply Company). If you don't have one near you, try any Feed store.....If they sell Horse and Cattle products (especially sonme vaccines) they should have empty sterile syringes.
