Well, 5. But 2 are just casual... No names. Yes, but they don't care about or follow EU regulations. No real smoking laws, the other stuff and even more other stuff is not illegal- to an extent, public drinking is allowed, so are casinos and brothels...They won't even adopt the Euro...

They don't even enforce EU smoking regulations in Prague; they certainly won't touch vaping. I vaped everywhere in Prague, some places just to see if I could. No one batted an eye, except for some tourists. There's also a growing movement in CR to exit the EU. They don't particularily like other Europeans and certainly don't like being told what to do by other nations...

The CR government is corrupt, but they don't enforce anything when it comes to limiting personal freedoms. Even the police don't care, as long as no one is being harmed.
You should see New Years Eve. People bring their own fireworks- which are not regulated and launch them at street level. It is like a war zone, rockets going off, gun powder thick in the air, yet no one gets trampled or hurt, the buildings have withstood the ages, so firework don't affect them. Everyone is drunk, but there is no violence or crime, save for the occasional pick pocketing. The police are out in force wearing riot gear, yet nothing but fun happens...

I think they are doing both but the max is 24mg. Don't the the mg difference between over the counter and prescription.

It is refreshing to go to Europe where you are far freer to do many things. They aren't nearly as worried about getting sued into the ground if you trip over a pebble or crack your head open on a low hanging castle door arch. One thing many Americans won't do is take responsibility for their own stupidity. A year or two ago some church group tourists climbed over a fence and the warning signs above a waterfall. They got caught in the current and were swept over the 620' falls. Their survivors sued the park for not having adequate barriers and warnings. There's a reason for the term "stupid American."

$5000 fine, sounds like a tax to me. The criminal justice system has been a source of revenue for quite a while now.
