Instead of the glass being half empty, think of it has half full. so if you tell yourself you can't quit, twist it around to you can quit. You aren't quitting smoking Wood, you are choosing to breathe clean air! Mind over matter my friend!

Danesnpits, I think if quitting smoking were that easy, vaping would be redundant... Smoking is both mental AND a physical addiction (4000+ chemicals added to your blood all day every day is one hell of a chemical change in the brain, one in which the brain adapts to VERY quickly, creating the dependence). If you're ever in question of that, try vaping non-nic for a week and let us know how that goes lol...

It is, however, unfortunate that for billions of us; mind over matter isn't enough. If it were, I would have ditched all traces of this nasty habit over a decade ago, rendering the need to vape out of the picture.

    Throat hit: physical addiction
    Nicotine: mental and physical addiction
Having to use a fake cigarette, to simulate a real one: mental and physical addiction

    The list goes on....
