Went and picked some up today at CVS. Asked the young lady at the pharmacy and she said she thought she saw some in the toothpaste isle. I was in no hurry and was curious so I looked, it wasn't there so I went back to the counter. After asking the pharmacist he asked me what I wanted for. I said my ecig, he said "your what?" so I pulled out my xhaler and explained. He said "I don't want to know, I'm supposed to be one my lunch" and went to the back. The woman looked it up on the computer after I spelled it for her and, to her surprise, they will have it tomorrow. I think she said 13$.

SOOOOO Why is PG being restricted? I guess I should go to screw-mart and check and see if they have it. The only thing I am worried about is if it is food grade. I don't want to buy anything less than that.

Any ideas?

A friend of mine who is a long time farmer, and someone who recherches just about every thing for the fun of it said that the main difference between food grade and the stuff you get at the feed store is the cost of insurance. a lot of the time the feed store product is over runs of food grade stuff.

Friday 4/1 I stopped into my local Walgreens, headed back to the pharmacy and asked the counter lady for a bottle of PG. She had to look around a bit, but found the one bottle they had instock that had not been opened for other purposes...

It was a 473ml PINT of PG, USP. With tax the total was $11.01. Not the best price in the world, but it was hassle free. 473ml should last a while, both for DIY and cleaning attys between flavors.

Only restriction was that I had to pay for it at the pharmacy counter, rather than take it to the front.

Pg and ecigs get a bad enough rap. I really don't think I want to put 'for animal use only' pg in my diy. I will stick with the ones with the labels that markarich discussed earlier.

Thank you btw for all your expertise in this and the links. I found them very informative. I hope that all who post here bother to read the last page for all the links you posted.
