Lets try to get this one working better before you fork over more money. I went to look at their website to see what kind of e-cig this is and I'm a bit confused. Is this a two piece system? They advertise batteries, atomizers and cartridges but in the one picture of the whole thing put together it looks like a two piece. Granted now, my experience is long term but limited to only 3 types of e-cigs. So if it is a twofer, what strength cartridges do you have? Are they dry? Did you buy some extra juice to refill them with? They say they use only VG juice in their cartridges, in my experience PG gives more throat hit. A mix of the two seems to satisfy most people. I didn't see where they sell any juice separately but you can buy some from other suppliers. Keep in mind that nothing is going to be just like a cigarette but you should be able to get closer than you are. I think the problem here is the juice and it's the cheapest fix to try first.

I read parts of the puresmoke faq's. They state "Can I use E-liquid to refill the ProSmoke?

Yes, our E-Cigarettes can be refilled with the liquid of your choice but we do not recommend it. A lot of research has gone into using the right ingredients to make the best solution for maximum flavor, maximum vapor and safety of our customers. As mentioned, we use no propylene glycol in our cartridges, which is typically the main ingredient in these e-liquids. Overfilling can also cause battery damage which will void the battery warranty.

Based on this info, those cartridges you received with your kit should be refillable. Your statements do sound like you could be running short on juice in your cartridge.

Please be sure you have a strong charge in your battery.

On their home page, they state they have a FB page. You might pop over there and check to see if someone else has posted anything about similar problems.

Yes, you can refill them. You can also pull out the cottony filler material inside the cartridge and replace it with blue foam aquarium filter material cut to size. This will wick the liquid better into the atomizer. I use blue foam along with the straw mod in mine and it works like a charm. Research these things in this section: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartridge-mods/72839-cart-mods-how-refill.html
So now you need to order some juice ASAP! Check out this social forum NYC Vapers Club and ask the members there if they know of someone close to you that has good juice and can get it to you quickly. Good luck!
