Hi everyone I am new to this forum and need some help I bought the wife a gold plated protank1 for xmas first time she took it out wither in her handbag she managed to break the glass does anyone know if a protank II glass will fit the protank 1 ? I plan on using fishtank silicone to rebond the metal top and bottom to the glass

unfortunately the protank 1 version was a glued sealed tank, but since it is no longer glued you may be able to remove the base ring and use a PT2 sleeve, I believe the PT1 has reversed threads that hold the base ring to the airtube, my PT1 has issues with the glass barrel spinning loosely ( but not leaking) in an effort to tighten up the base ring, I noticed it got tighter as I tried to unscrew the base from the airtube.....
