I have been vaping awhile and have used a dual tank before and only had to change the cartomizer in it and rinse the tank out to use a different juice in it, well I now have the protank 2 and not sure what to do. I have watched youtube and looked on here and it shows how to replace the coil head of it which I know how to do that then it shows something about the coils. Do I need to change the wicks so I don't have the old flavor? Also they show something or other about the build up of juice in the cap?? or something..What do I need to buy besides the heads so I don't have to rebuild everything. I want something easy..I don't want to build anything as I just don't understand it. Any help would be nice

You should just be able to buy the protank 2 coils. When you unscrew the bottom off the protank, the coil is what is attached to the bottom part. It screws off. I just ordered a 5 pack of coils online. You just simple unscrew the old, and screw the new one in. Trash the old one if it's done.

No, no, don't throw them away. You can clean and dry burn them and they are good to go again. It's really easy. When you remove the coil, pop the chimney off the top, remove and discard the flavor wick that is just laying there, put both pieces in some cheapo vodka or evercler and let it soak. Remove it after however long you want to let it sit (mine sits for days sometimes) and give it a rinse. get the bottom half fairly dry and screw it back in the base. Now, give it some pulses with your fire button until it glows nice and orange. You will see some smoke coming off, no doubt, but that's just the gunk burning off. Now, give it another water rinse, let it dry a bit, put the chimney back on and you are ready to vape it again. You just saved the price of a coil in just a few minutes.
OP, you may not want to do any rebuilding at this time, but keep an open mind. Rebuilt coils vape SO MUCH BETTER, it's like the difference between a Kia and a Mercedes.....and I hate freakin' Kia's!! This little beauty took me all of 10 minutes to build. Click pic to enlarge.

Easy would be to simply soak in something like everclear for a day or two, air dry and reuse. When the flavor starts to greatly diminish, it's time for a "new" coil. Like BigCatDadddy said, don't throw the old coil away. Even if you never rebuild, you might know/meet someone that does and they would be very happy to have them.

Also, get a small Glad/Ziplock type container for the alcohol as it evaporates rather quickly if left uncovered.
