What would you recommend for a mentally disabled smoker?

Why not a Carto/tank setup (small tank) with an itaste VV3? It's small, you can lock the wattage in, decent life, easy to charge, with a 15mm carto-tank it would look OK, easy to use, easy to fill, carto replacement is simple. Good vape and taste.

How do you lock in wattage? Not sure I was aware of this feature or whyit would exist.

It isn't so much a 'lock' but rather to change it you must press and hold the correct button. If you mash both buttons nothing changes, it just reads out different stats.

Like the coil ohms? I believe it works just like the MVP.
