The only thing I can see that might have forced them to redesign the tank is the height of the well which holds the wicks. In order to accommodate the two wicks (If I'm looking at it correctly), is to extend the length of the well which holds them. That would end up pushing the stem and grommet higher in the tank, which would hit the center tube at the bottom, thus not allowing for the tank to be screwed back together.

This is all just an eyeball estimation, as I can't REALLY see how much longer the wick well is, though it is noticeably longer than a standard head.

Why rename it to Protank 3? What design changes did they implement, the drip tip? Wouldn't they just release dual coil heads...?

The information is they are releasing the Protank 3 because they are now behind the company Aspire.

Aspire came out with the Vivi Nova BDC Glassomizer tank and it was released yesterday, they may be sold out online by now, very big following as it is the first Bottom Dual Coil Glassomizer to be released, and it comes in AWESOME colors. (I got one in black and one in pink being shipped to me.)

That puts Aspire with their new Vivi Nova ahead of the vaping game before Krager and their Protank 3-
which will essentially be the same exact thing from what the rumors are...PBusardo has already been contacted by Krager and is being sent the ProTank 3 for review..and because of the hype surrounding Kragers Protank series...I'm sure he will bumb it and get the review out quickly. :)
