Protank 3 Mini Question

So I ordered a couple of supposedly genuine PT3 minis from a reputable non-ebay vendor and when I went to fill them, to my surprise the tank feels plastic. I thought these were supposed to be glass tanks? On my nautilus mini I can clearly tell its a glass tank. And when I used the PT3 mini it looks like maybe it's fogging up a big. Did I get hosed with some fakes or is this what they're supposed to be like?

Yes, the P3 mini is a pyrex clearo. Did it come in a KangerTech box with a scratch-off code?
