Sounds like it might be flooded. Try taking the tank off your battery and blowing air through it from the battery end. Also, wipe off any juice on the battery terminal.

I don't know what battery or mod you're using, but some mods will cut off the airflow to a Protank 2 if you tighten it down too much. An airflow controller fixes that problem.

Alright so I bought a protank II last week. All week the draw was nice and airy.

Now randomly after refilling it last night the draw is extremely tight and I have no clue as to why. I don't have an airflow controller or anything like that.

Has anyone had this issue before? If so did you fix and how?

sounds like your coil has failed, or gunked up

have you / do you clean your coils ?

another thought is air restriction somewhere (cloth-lint-rubber etc)

Here's a pic of probably your problem with the squished positive insulator. They are very soft and sqush super easily. Get yourself some Kanger airflow adapter and your problems will disappear. If no airflow adapter isn't in the cards then your going to have to take the head out of the base and pull the pin and insulator down a ioda and do that song and dance every time you remove the atty to refill or change PV's.

Sounds like the wick might be too tight. I've seen this before with the same coils but for protank 2 (non mini).

Theres usually a (flavor wick) they call it. That sits on top of the main wick. I've heard some people like the wick and some don't. I think it's based on the liquid formulation. If your liquid is heavier on the VG then it's thicker and 1 wick might be better than 2 to provide better flow.

However, a liquid heavier on the PG is thinner and the 2 wicks may be a better option.

Anyways, if that doesn't work for you then maybe it's just a bad coil? Easiest solution would be try a fresh coil and if it works for a week again then fails, its definitely clogging up because your liquid might be too thick?

Hope this helps!
