Hi guys! I have an older Provari Classic and I'm wondering if I can use the new Aspire Trition 2 on it? My understanding is that if I choose the 1.8 coil this should work? Thanks.

any 1.8 ohm coil will work just fine on a Classic.

I do not own a Classic. I know that it has a P3 top cap, but what menu system does it have - 2.5, P3, or something in between?
In Between, a lesser version of the P3 software.

But should be noted...

You may not get the power you desire due to amp limits.

Right now I'm using 1.8 coils on an aspire nautilus. My assumption was that a triton 2 with the 1.8 would probably be equivalent to what I'm used to, or am I misunderstanding how it works?

Sometimes differently designed coils/tanks require more power than others.

Give it a try, and let us know how it works.

Thanks, Jim

Another one for the FAQ's:

Is the menu on the Radius the same as the P3s? If not, what is different?
On the ProVape website, top of page, click HELP. The dropdown contains a link to MANUALS :Radius, P3, Classic & 2.5 Instruction Manuals
I tried to save the flow charts and edit them to jpeg but gave up. It would be easier to download the manual and print out the flow charts.

Biggest differences I noticed, Radius has no voltage settings. The overall flow chart is pretty similar with only a couple minor differences, Like being able to select Manual or auto scroll with the Radius. P3 has a quick info scroll: four clicks...click on A^ or Av and wait, it will show volts, watts, battery %, ohms, and IQ. Also note, the Radius lacks IQ
