There's been some gray area & confusion concerning vape hardware & the recent FDA regulation proposal.. which at least to my ears & eyes, also seems to allow some wiggle room for hardware such as a non-nicotine-containing ProVari, for example, per FDA's written proposal & subsequent teleconference...
Some people seem to be freaking out that vape gear (like PVs & toppers) will be affected..
On the other hand, I personally think "just" nic-containing pre-filled carts & nic-containing liquid will bear the brunt of it, from the sounds of it...
Seems that, at least at the face of it, the FDA is open to things & possibly can be swayed by the vaping industry & community making a loud & logical case, that it's not a pre-determined outcome..
Anyway, I'm sure that ProVape will do their part to fight this thing..
And if there's anything specific that we as ProVape consumers can do, I hope that Kenny or whoever can provide us with some official ProVape guidance to help beat back at least the hardware regulation aspect of it during the next 75 days...
Cuz we all know that the ProVarinati is a force to be reckoned with...
