Provape not responding...

Just received my provari, batts, and charger a couple days ago, although my provari works just fine, the charger i received
almost burnt my house down. It got so hot that it was untouchable. Ventilation was fine and outlets in my home are
to spec. After spending close to $300, i would of expected a response from this company, judging from all the praise iv been reading on this forum.

Well when I send an email I get one back within minutes if not hours no matter what time it is. They have no phone service so your waiting on an email. They will get back to you asap. I would post in the provape section.

Yeah i did email them, and they never returned the favor. Tried posting in the provape section but, unfortunatley new members need 5 posts or more to post there ( two more posts to go).

They have no phone service ? That's odd.

Woah! what brand of charger and batts did you use? I'm using AW IMRs with Pila charger for quite sometime now and luckily it serves me well.

I suggest you post message on provape, Inc. Facebook wall.

The brand they sell at their site (AW 18490 with Tenergy/tn270). Pila's are great chargers, should of bought that one instead.
At this point the problem isn't the charger, it's tha lack of support.

Try sending them another message, maybe it got lodge in the spam or something. I had this problem with liberty flights a few days ago. Make it clear to them that you want a response but of course be civil and polite about it. Keep us updated

So you didn't buy a Pila charger? I hope not, as I was thinking of getting one soon.

Perhaps they did respond but it got blocked by your spam filter. They seem like a great company to me, a 1 or 2 day response time I could understand but if it's anything beyond that I would send another e-mail and be sure they aren't being blocked by your spam filter. Good luck!
