Just set up an AGA t2 on my ProVari. It's working good, but the ohms are a bit low (1.2Ω), and I sometimes get the E1 error. And it's a bit intense for me. For the higher resistance vapers, what stainless steel and what guage wire will get me closer to a 2 ohm coil? It's 400 mesh and 28 guage wire cuz I took a class at the local vape store, and that's what I was given to use (not what I brought with me).

my 32gauge kanthal 4/3 wrap is 1.7ohms. im using Ekowool though. if you get resistance drops it means you got a short on your coil.

Ok. It more like I took it off the device to vape something else. When I reattach, I will get the e1 one time, then it's fine as long as I don't remove it again. So, I am not sure. And I don't have a multimeter, I am going by what the ProVari tells me.

If you are drawing more than 3.5 amps you will get error.

Here is a calculator so you can figure out what your limits are. Just fill out 2 blocks and it will do the rest.

For my provari and regulated mech set-ups, I shoot for 2 to 2.5Ω. As such, I use 32g wire. On my unregulated Mech set-ups, I shoot for 1 to 1.5Ω. Then, I use either 28g or 30g depending on the wicking material.
