Thanks ya'll
I saw someone had taken a grip for a dirtbike and trimmed the edges but it fit the Provari kind of like one of those silicon phone cases. Not sure what I think about that; but, it does seam to add a hefty protective layer And a nice grippy texture.

I did that. :D

J-Wraps

Serenity Gear Leather Mod Sleeves

No diff in function between Mini, full sized, or either one with an extension - except for size and battery.
And the 18490 really lasts quite a while, the ProVari seems pretty efficient with it.
I like that length better - I have a mini and a full, but almost always have an extension on the mini (making it 18490) and NO extension on the full size (making it 18490, too)...

While on the topic and getting together what I want from the ProPeeps...
Anyone have a coupon code? Lol
Seriously though is there any advantage to using the 18650 batteries instead of the 18490's other than the mah of the battery? Really don't want to use the extension cap if I don't have to carry around the extra length.

Moto grip actually isn't a bad idea. My KTM may be missing a grip in the near future...

I never got the ext. cap because I wanted to retain the provari look with the stock bottom cap. I always carry a spare battery with me and own 3 18490s. One in the tube, one in my pocket and one on the charger at all hours of the day.
