Provari doesn't work with Extension..?

I was so excited to receive my extension today! Popped in my freshly charged CGR18650CH battery and... nothing. Doesn't fire or power on. Tried my other one and still nothing. Cleaned off the positive and negative terminals of the battery, along with cleaning the post inside the provari with some alcohol... nothing. Tried using some spare IMR 18650 batteries from my E-power, still nothing.

I'm at a loss..

That's strange.

Is the spring making contact with the Battery?

If you put one of your old batts back in and put the normal cap on does it work again?

Just realized that these are flat tops. Ooops. Ordered some CGR18650CH button tops. Thanks for the help guys!
