You may be... or, if you're not getting much vapor, you may be filling the wrong place.
You need to make sure to drip your juice on the filling inside the carto, not into the tube that runs down the middle. Juice you drop into there will flood the atomizer and/or leak right out the bottom.
going from the ego to the provari is kind of like going from a honda accord to a ferrari - i feel like I've got no idea how to drive this thing, and I'm bummed that I blew out 3 atomizers like a dumby.
I wanted to pop in and update, - mostly to mention how nice the people at provape.com are - I continued to get e8 errors with my provari unit, and decided the device was ultimately too technical for my needs/attention span, and requested to return it.
Despite being past their 7 day return policy, they agreed accepted my return and refund my purchase (minus the cartos, of course) and I think that is super cool of them!

Sorry to hear about your "technical difficulties" with the Provari!!! Man, that STINKS!!

Provaris' are really great devices and aren't that technical.There is a slight learning period, but after you learn to navigate the menu system and know your settings, they are quite easy.....
but, they aren't for everyone. There are a plethera of devices out there and no doubt you'll find one that suits you.
Have you tried an ego-twist? They are a great introduction device to VV mods.

I think it was possibly a bad unit, but can't be sure, as the list of fixes was rather long and more care and maintenance than i wanted (scrubbing battery heads/contacts etcetera, also the charger included didn't work) - it initially worked for the first carto I had in for about 2 hours, but then it seemed it was burning cartos, and all the nice people on here that gave recommendations for settings so i wasn't burning out cartos (which i did 2 of in immediate succession) then it would work, then it kept wanting to go to an e8 error - anyway - I didn't want something I had to study up on, I just wanted to put juice in it and go.
i started with a basic eGo unit, and I like it well enough to have stopped smoking since December, minus a few real smokes while drinking here and there, and I like the basic 'plug and play' workings of the eGo unit, and discovering stronger juices have made me really quite happy with it. I might buy another battery, or maybe look into the twist units.
But - I will also mention that I bought some delicious Apple Cheesecake juice from provape and I LOVE it - delicious flavor.

VV isn't always the best, check out some REO reviews if you want a simple, bullet proof vaping experience. Vapor output can easily be dictated by the atomizer you decide to use.

Just got my dad a PRovari mini a month ago. No problems, until today. New juices came in, so I filled up a spare 3.5 ml vivi nova. Didn't vape. It was working the last time I filled it, about 2 weeks ago. I dumped that juice into my 1.6 vivi nova that I used a few days ago, that didn't work either. I tried putting my vivi 1.6 that has my juice and it vaped. So it's not the unit, it works when I put my tanks on his Mini.
The 1.6 that has his juice will not work on either Mini. It sounds like its working, I can taste the juice barely and there is very little smoke coming out but not enough.
Any suggestions? I don't want him to revert back to analogs after this. He hasn't gaped in almost 3 hours now and am afraid hell go buy

Just tested both with the same carto... Mine has low battery, his is charged. My Mini has tons of smoke compared to his and I'm holding down the button longer on his Mini. When I use my juiced 1.6 ml. Nova his works much better but still not as much smoke as mine.
i tried cleaning Above/beneath the adapter for juices already too.
I have 5 tanks, 2 of them had new juices in them. All the old juices vape on both minis. Could it be a steeping problem with the newly delivered juices? I can't figure it out. The new juices don't even work on my mini either but they're the same tanks I've been using for a month.
Edit : I just changed both with new batteries, set them to same 3.8v and they sound different...
Mine sounds fine, his doesn't sound as high pitched, more like a lower toned gurgling sound. They sound
different and I'm testing them with the same tank.
I still haven't been able to gape the newly delivered juices on either Mini, tried all 5 tanks.

Ok, it was the juice. The package was about a week late and they're saying it's possible it was left somewhere really hot or cold for a long time. I refilled those same tanks with juice I had and they all worked. I was told to add 7 drops to each 30 ml. And steep 3-5 a day and that should get it to a normal state after a day or two. Will keep you posted on the results.
