Wait. You're talking about an international package. Give it a few more days before you start worrying. Then contact Provape. Also you might want to read their FAQ and/or shipping page for info on how long US to Europe or international in general takes.

Oh wow. So apparently I didn't get a shipping E-Mail but I decided to track it from Provape's side (don't know why I didn't do that sooner). Not only did it ship, it's in my mailbox right now! WOOHOO!

That sucks. While I was in France, I have ordered football shirts, electronics, vitamins, etc., never had to pay customs fees. Maybe they step up enforcement because of the bad economy or maybe just on certain goods.
Copy the tracking number at the top of the order on Provape's site (probably an EC number), go to usps.com, click on Track & Confirm at the top left, then paste that tracking number.
