Order #8328 shipped today. I changed my order from black chrome to silver. After seeing a few posts of people saying the black chrome finish is fading or coming off and having to wait 1 less week made me switch my order over to the original silver. I can't wait to get it. Hopefully by Friday I'll be off my eGo and on the provari.
There was a post in the threads about it either yesterday or today...I'll look for it. If I find it I'll link it here.
My order says in transit as of midnight last night but won't show where it is currently.....Ohhhhhhh I have anxiety!!!!
I did the same thing. Though i think i was just looking for a reason to switch and avoid the wait. All things being equal i probably would have stuck with the black. The post that talked about the finish wearing off was the one about whether the finish is covered under warranty.

Second there. Despite not getting an E-Mail, that kinda worked out. It prevented me from refreshing the tracking page every 5 minutes and gave me a nice surprise when I finally did track it.
Also: This thing is more metal than Bruce Dickinson, Ozzy Ozbourne and Yngwie Malmsteen doing a Metallica cover in the middle of a steel mill. Flying on raptors. While on fire. And drunk.
