Funny thing when I placed my order it appeared as 3-5 days, now it says 5-8 days

I wonder if only the business days count or the weekends are also included. Today is the fifth day and I hope it will ship out today.

EDIT: After a little investigation, they run out of 18650, so after a little negotiaton my order has shipped. (Order#: 17573)

It's FIFO for the same type, and assuming there isn't something else that's holding up the shipment. If you also ordered batteries, but the type you want is out of stock, they'll hold till everything can ship. Not much point in getting the PV with a notice that the batteries you need won't arrive for another 5 days. Or if you ordered the chrome one, but they're out of chrome bodies and are waiting for a lot to come back from the platers, they'll ship the orders for the ones they have in stock and hold your order till they get it.

More than likely you ordered the black satin and bewsii ordered a standard satin silver. Or the other way around or maybe you got additional options that they may be waiting on parts for, etc...

However, you got a good reason to question it if you ordered the exact same product down to the same options. Hope you see your shipped email soon.

I ordered the Satin Silver with Extension and nothing else. There would be nothing holding up my order, which is why it may have shipped out before yours.

Edit: I'll add when they ship as I get the info. Added this just to highlight order counts. Figured there be a few hundred orders, but wow. Oh, and I ordered them in two seperate orders so if one is held up, I can get the other now.

I figured since they gave us such a lead time on the release they would have quite a few ready to go out the door also. Very good business practice to tell us 7 days though and then have it out in 10 hours. Makes me happy at least! But my last order was out the door in a matter of minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about ProVape though. I would bet you will have another shipping notice today.

OK, did everyone just go to the site and try looking up their status all at once? The site's starting to show signs of crashing. Menu's and images are not loading.

EDIT: Actually now that I look closer, looks like they are changing the way the site looks. Maybe the updates have not fully rolled out to all the caching servers.
