honestly if you can't get help from the vendor or it cost too much i would suggest from my own electronic experiences to take it apart carefully and get some q tips and rubbing alcohol. and take it apart to the screen. and clean as in dip q tip into rubbing alcohol and gently rub all the contact pins in a gentle scrubbing motion. while you are there go ahead and clean the circuit board using the same method and check for any loose pin contact to the circuit board. if a loose contact or cracked contact is found just grab a solder iron and re-melt the existing solder to re-solder it to the board.

If they don't fix it for free, it would fall under "repairs to the circuit board - $25."
A small price to pay to repair a mod that has lasted you 3 years of trouble free service. :D

Looks like 25 bucks plus 5.00 for return shipping plus 5.00 bucks to send it to them and then whatever insurance is going to cost...Probably 40bucks or slightly more IMO...

Ummm...it's a ProVari. ProVape's customer service is outstanding, which is one of the reasons we buy them.
