it looked like all the old threads that discussed who repaired PrpVape Provari Radius was “Bill”...

Does anyone know if he is still providing this service? Oh, please say yes, and let it be true!

It is summertime...so the pool is open...

A week ago, beautiful weather, sunny, 90 degrees, the pool water was perfect, 86 degrees...
I have Degenerative Spine Disease, I really get fantastic relief by putting the Big Noodle under my arms, and hanging my body, so I have zero-gravity...as I float, I read my Kindle & vape, using my Radius...

When I was done, I floated over to the side, put my kindle in my towel and folded it once...put my Radius in the towel and folded several more times...then, holding my “towel package” made my way toward the steps...then I heard a....PLOP!!!

PLOP?

2, 3....

Oh, Shinola!

There, at the bottom of the pool was my Provari Radius....

(I moved fast for a little old lady!)

But, WET is WET....
DEAD!

It had slipped out of the folds of the towel....

The next day...

I’d just brought home our new puppy...

I was watching him closely, to be sure he didn’t fall into the pool...

I also have an overweight French Bulldog...
Who was showing off to the puppy...
In case you don’t know anything about Frenchies...
They have a 15 pound head, a 15 pound chest and a 5 pound ....!
They do not float...they sink, HEAD FIRST to the bottom of the pool...
For a fat boy, he runs fast, and he has tiny feet, so he has no traction.
They are “selectively DEAF’....so

He was showing off, running fast, right at the edge of the pool,
I had warned him several times...
PLOP!
Into the pool he went...sinking faster than the Titanic...
My Dear Husband grabbed the puppy as I jumped into the pool to rescue
the Frenchie...I brought him to the surface so fast that he didn’t even
cough or sniff or anything! Hevwas wet...and he hates WET...but, in reality,
he barely went under the water...

As I pulled both of us out of the pool...I looked down into my hand...and there was...
My WET. WET, WET, WET RADIUS

I SAVED the FRENCHIE, but it cost me my RADIUS...

I REALLY NEED THESE BAD BOYS FIXED...

I can’t find anything as good!

Does anyone have some help?

In your situation I suggest a geekvape legend limited. It’s MUCH larger and it’s electronics aren’t as good. It has two features that might interest you though:

1) it’s waterproof (no, really)
2) it floats. (This is why you want the limited not just the regular legend)

It’s got a 510 connection so if your radius atty is 510 you can make it go. If it’s P3 you’re SOL though.

My last contact with Provari repair was June 6th when he sent an email in response to my inquiry of getting a Radius repaired.

His message " ProVari Repair is closed due to other responsibilities. I am considering reopening in late summer/fall."

Don't know if he will reopen or not at this point.

Terrible to hear a simple dunking ended your Radius, mine have survived several drops into cattle water troughs, creeks, ponds & mud puddles, being dropped into a motor oil catch pan covered in diesel, mud, blood & cow poo and a night or two left out in the rain.

The trick is remove the battery and don't touch any of the buttons until you know it is fully dry inside & out.

As good, a Dicodes Dani box of one of the varieties.
An inexpensive replacement, Geekvape Aegis solo, small, easy to use single 18650 or Vandy vape Jackaroo single 18650 or 21700.
Both fairly rugged & water, dust & impact resistant.
