I have expensive mods. But their prices are relevant with the latest tech. To me, the current price of the latest ProVari would be like basic eGo starter kits still selling for $50 to $100.

I'm not even saying that 'expensive'= better. For the record, too, I'm not saying the ProVari is the be-all-end-all of PVs. There's lots of good stuff out there. ProVari's track record speaks for itself, though.

Since day 1, I was never in this to save a buck. I've spent thousands on vape gear over the years and it's still nowhere near what I blew on cigarettes in the long run. Its pretty clear alot of people are just cheap, so instead of forking out money for things, they justify it with the whole ' oh but it's too expensive, not worth it,I'll just use this 40 dollar mod i got on 'sale'.

My eight Provaris made it safely home to Toronto ... three still brand new in the box ... three bubble wrapped, and 2 in my pocket.
Plus I brought 6 authentic Kayfuns and 6 rolls of Kanthal.

My Mom will send me that last Black v2.5 and the other 2 new Provaris.

i can picture you as some kind of superhero.

Provari Man! youd wear some kind oof shiny gunmetal spandex suit, and you would have fingers that extend into provari mods. all you need is 2 more provaris and youll have one for each finger. When someone is out and about and their mod breaks/runs out of battery, youll fly in, extend your fingervapes, and save the day!

We will never know but I'm sure it's quite a bit considering they are using in house chips unlike other companies who buy from Evolv, YiHi, etc.

You might be surprised, being 99% american made isnt cheap. Companies here actually pay employees wages they can live on.
Ceracoat is not cheap.
Since provape has the tubes milled from blocks they have to pay machinists.
The circuit boards are heavy duty and cost a good dollar. Then they have to pay the company who surface mount everything on them

Testers, assemblers. Repair techs. Unlike Asia they can't pay kids 5 bucks a day

Thought you wanted to find it?

We were talking about ProVape making a striped mini before the teardrops. That's what I was looking for. Have you ever heard of one?

Anyway, that picture is still a composite and mine are still better. :pervy:

You think ProVapes profit margins are better than Yihis?

$200.00 for a P3 (current price). $200.00 for an M Class.
I wouldn't say YiHi since they are made in China although they are probably higher then other American companies.

But as I said earlier, a lot of companies have built themselves around an unregulated market. What happens to the current prices if vaping devices fall under regulation and taxes? Is the owner of ProVape going to opt for a smaller house and mortgage? Or do the vapers pick up the bill?

If the deeming regulations hit as hard as they look to, it will be a moot point.

The face of vaping will change drastically.

My guess is that ProVape would up their prices, same as most other companies. They're not a charity.

i see it killing the usa based businesses to be honest. Only the well-off people would be able to vape, some of us would have to save for a while to buy devices and even then it would be like throwing what? 400$+ on a device. I see provape actually succeeding in a regulated industry like that with their track record. Lots of people would be more wary about spending their hard earned money on mods worrying it wont last, and in that kind of environment I can see how provari can flourish more. Right now though, personally, theres a bunch of mods out there that arent super expensive and Id rather try a variety.

Although if that ever happened, Id probably buy an unregulated mech over a provari, given the unregulated mech doesnt cost more than a provari, but thats just me, im not a 20w vaper. If all we could vape was 20W because they illegalized anything over, then yeah id buy a provari.
