Yes, under load on SR carts/atys and regardless of battery life, whatever you set as the voltage will hold from start to finish for the entire battery life. I've seen videos on it which are quite impressive. Even on longer drags, the voltage does not drop. From what I have read on here, it seems that the Provari is the only unit that delivers on this ability partially thanks to the boost circuit design and Accuset technology.
And as people noted, the cutoff of the battery is around 3.2. I would advise charging close to 3.4/3.5, which is when the warning begins. Running one of these batteries to 3.0 volts or less can cause "over-discharge", which will compromise the battery's integrity and shorten the service life.
