Problem solved! It appears to be a battery failure! Put a freshly 18650 battery this morning and all is fine! Thank you everyone...your post will certainly help others.
Check your bottom spring make sure it is in all the way and making contact,, also push the button 5 times to see if the menu turns on, then go to the power position and turn on,,, just some thoughts
Does the button flash once when you screw the bottom cap on with battery in ? If not its not making a connection to the battery . What battery(size, brand, etc) are you using in it on which provari with which bottom cap ? Are you sure the battery is ok? Does the battery sound loose in there when you shake it? Are you using the little plastic riing around the bottom cap?
So far i have never seen a provari that had a defective circuit where it wouldnt work at all .Provape does bench testing on each one to make sure they work and theres no wires to break in there so im thiinking its the bottom cap or battery if the menu wont even come on .
Thank you Str, Ive had the unit for several months with no issues. I will charge my other batteries tonight and check again in the morning! The battery does not sound loose! I do not have a plastic ring around the cap either! I don't see a flash when I screw the cap on either! I will try again with my longer cap and 18650 battery! If that does not work, it may be going in for warranty repair!
Hope it's working for you this am. Hottody, I'm no old hand at these by any stretch
but saw a vid from a guy that had "dropped" the battery into the PV, as people
might load a flashlight and had troubles.
Not saying you might have done this but perhaps the top button(in the connector)
has been pushed up, if in fact this may have inadvertently happened to it.

Thats why i was asking if the batt was loose . The circuit board can push up a little bit. You would also know if the display is slightly moved up and button may be more stiff than normal.
If the other cap and batt dont work try cleaning the positive pin inside the tube with alcohol and a qtip . SOmetimes it can get gunked up and not make a connection.

Excellent point about not using the battery as a slide hammer to destroy your PV, this should probably be in the Provari manual under "Changing batteries".
Thanks for the heads up HMT.
