I got my pink one when they first came out with the colors if you look closely it's a little scuffed up but over all it doesn't look bad I'm kind of ruff on it
you could always get a clear j-wrap to protect it Provari Regular Clear Wrap

they got some pretty sweet ones. do you know if they are hard to get off/get ruined?

I have a satin silver and was going to get a black, but after reading the threads about some people having problems, I got another silver. I don't doubt the colored coating is very durable, but I imagine mine are going to get scuffed up at some point and the only thing that will show on the silver is a scuff on the clear coating. I'm covering it anyway.

I don't like any of the J-Wrap designs, so I made my own based on a pattern I found online. I then bought a clear J-Wrap to compare with the one I made and it was almost perfect (yipee!). The coating on the sliver holds up fine with medium tack adhesive. I've been wrapping it and rewrapping it for days, trying to find just the right look.

ETA: By the way, the clear J-Wrap is thinner than I thought it would be. It's the same material as clear vinyl shelf liner. The shelf liner comes in temporary and permanent, I suggest temporary (permanent would be removable, but a hassle). I bought a 12 inch by 36 foot roll for under $8.00 at Walmart.

I am ashamed to say I have all the color except pink. The white has worn the fastest (my favorite, probably why). Black has scratched a lil. Bottom of the blue extension cap is worn.

I see so many threads about this topic. If you treat these things well they will look beautiful. Three of the five basically stil look flawless and I often times keep all of them in one cupholder in my car rolling around.

So in my opinion, the color is durable but not indistructable. Isn't this what you would expect. It's a great product and I would still recommend everyone of them.

If your worried about the finish then get a blem. I've got two satin silver blems and a perfect black satin provari. I use the serenty leather holster with the black satin and it kinda hard to get it out of the holster. Buy a belt clip and you take the whole thing off when you want to vape. No scuffs or damage. And it sits upright with a Chobra RBA. The blems,, well I don't care if they get scratched or not. But no matter what I've done they still remain like brand new.

I have a friend who does dirty factory metal work and his black one is all grey in spots where the color has worn off but I have a black that I have had for a year and it's flawless except the bottom of the extension cap. I drop them constantly too I should add. The silver one is skinned so I cannot say about the finish on it but I dropped it from my front porch onto the cement drive way the other day which was probably 8 feet and not even a dent in the metal. It landed on the extension cap end and It still vapes like a champ. I drop it all the time and I don't even double check to see if it still works anymore cause I just know it will.
