Out of curiosity, how many versions are there? I'm like breakdown, I'm trying it today just rolling it up, folding it, and stuffing it in there. I don't want to have to mess with the all the tiny cuts.

How many ways can you fold and stuff a PTB into a cart? :p I use the one that SudokuGal posted the link to. And if we ignore some of the trial ones in that thread I'd say there are probably three main PTB methods: standard, plugged, and shredded. Of course there are probably several variations on each. I like the plugged method personally.

Rhoneil's mod works pretty well, though I use 3/4 of a bag instead of 1/2 for a tighter fit to avoid flooding, leaking, etc. The shred or cut at the bottom is optional. It never seemed to do anything so I stopped using it to make rinsing and re-rolling easier.

I don't use that method so I can't help you. I use Rhoneil's version: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartridge-mods/34401-ptb-plug-full-510-cart.html

This is what I use, too. If you use a 510, I believe it to be a necessary modification to the cartridges. So do the 3 other vapers I know in the area who use a 510.

I use a half PTB, but I have had an instance or two where the plug parts and dumps the cart's contents into the atty. So, I may try 3/4 PTB next time I make some filler.
