I have had vaping brain farts like that plenty of times, like the other day in the emergency room with my oldest daughter and in the waiting area while watching t.v I honestly did not even noticing what I was doing, and here I am taking a nice deep drag of an ego and my daughter taps my arm (really dad?).I just played it off and everyone looked at me and smirked.i gently put it in my pocket...

But I think the worst vape fart I had was not in public, it was while driving from nyc to providence rhode island abot a 3hr drive...he re I am vaping window open music blasting from the speakers doing about 80 on the highway once I finished vaping I flung the lavatube out the window : bad habbits die slow ppl.

Nah I wouldn't do it in that close proximity, but I don't think I'd be afraid to vape while walking down a semi deserted aisle.

I've Vaped in public since I started, and so far the only comments I've gotten are "holy crap that smells good, what is that?" Of course, should someone ask that I stop or put it away I would certainly acquiesce, but I have yet to experience that.

I've pulled out my ecig a few times but caught myself before i took a hit, but that's strictly due to vaping in the house, cuz I actually like going outside. I've never vaped inside a public building

I vape in public often, but never with anything under 1ohm.. for obvious and I mean obvious reasons #clouds

I try to stealth vape and let just a little vapour show, just to see people's reactions usually it's "that smells good" and "do those work"
Never a "put that out/away" even in walmart!

Not really an "oopsie", but I work as a baker in one grocery store, and I usually close. If I need to pickup something, ours is usually shut down, so I go across the street to our competitor. That's where I bought my first Cigalikes, so they got me started on vaping. At night, I'll vape a few puffs in the store. They know about it by now, and I don't blow monster clouds.

I was stealth vaping at work once... walked back into the dish room, loaded up some trays, started the huge tray washer, took a big inhale, put it in my pocket, and started Exhaling right when someone else was rounding the corner. "Are you smoking?!?!?" they said... I shyly said "must be from the dish machine which spews tonnes of steam.

I've yet to have a 'true' vaping faux pas, but I do sometimes take a huge hit when I'm walking into a store... I just make sure to lung inhale ghost the vape. That said, I have no problems vaping in public, and have gotten quite a few questions about it while doing so... And made at least five converts to it in the process.

At any rate, keep on vaping, everyone! But... Do try to be at least a little discreet... ;-)

My first month of vaping I kept getting up and heading to the door while fishing in my pocket for a now nonexistent lighter! I would get halfway there and have one of those DOH! moments when I realized I didn't have to go outside anymore.

When I would set my PV down on the table it took me 4 months to stop looking for an ashtray. Mind you I hadn't smoked in the house for nearly 10 years.

No... I tend to mind my manners when in public with my vaping habits. I don't even take it into movie theaters with me. No one said anything so you got away with it... no harm no foul.

I have done this a couple times in public by accident as well. I would have never accidentally pulled out a smoke and lit up when I was a smoker but probably because putting the the vape to your mouth is more of an subconscious motion programed to our muscle memory. Whereas, pulling out a smoke and putting flame to it is more of a conscious driven action.

BTW, I don't really know what I am talking about. I am just guessing and speculating......

So the other night I was leaving the movie theater.

As I was on my way out I pulled out my mod and took a hit while in the middle of the lobby. As soon as I exhaled I realized that I just committed a no no. I took a quick guilty look about and nobody seemed to notice or care, no slew of teenage employees in red vests rushing to tackle me either. So I lowered my head and began to walk quickly to the exit.

I think vaping indoors at home has spoiled me a bit. I can vape inside work too.

Anybody else screw up like this?

I did it once in asda and then realised a child was looking at me wide eyed and her mother shood her away, I bumped into the family again about 10 minutes later and apologised and got a mouthful of abuse off the woman. I'm really concious of it now!

Also, a few weeks ago I thought it was being really smart vaping in the toilets at work and a customer told me outside the cubicle my vapor was rising and gathering around the spotlight above the loo soshe knew what I was doing, but she laughed and called me 'clever'... Didn't feel so bright during the conversation


THAT BEING SAID, Clubbing with my pals has become a lot more fun being able to vape on the dance floor, I also enjoyed a gig lately at my local stadium, me and about 30,000 of the 75,000 were vaping away while the smokers were stuck inside the packs stadium clamming for nicotine.... Smug

I just think you need to pick where to vape, clubs and bars and gig venues are ok... Supermarkets and cinemas maybe no

I haven't caught myself vaping in a business or store yet, except for the vape store I frequent. I have taken a big hit and exhaled while approaching a store. I always get a kick out of the people walking by who smell it and start looking around trying to figure out where the berry smell is coming from!!

Just did this a few days ago. My usual B&M is close by and where I live vaping is ok everywhere, no laws against it...yet. I picked up my new ProVari at a B&M across the border because they are an authorized retailer (I live in a border town, right next to Minnesota) and vaping in any public place is against city law there. Well I am so used to vaping pretty much anywhere, especially in a vape shop so without thinking I slapped my Kayfun on her and tested it out. They must be either used to it there or they just don't care about the laws as long as the police aren't in the shop because nobody said a word about it.

To be honest: I feel those who have big systems ruin it for us starters. I don't feel society would be against us e-cig folks. Ut would be against you mods who puff out smokes as thick as cigar ppl.

And I would be too. I think a compromise is needed to have a solution for us all. The need of many out does the need of a few.

I think everyone needs a e-cig for public. Hell we are still fighting legalized weed. Don't cause us all to ruin it for them and us e-cig ppl. But that's my opinion.

We need more conclusive evidence for our cause and not hurt our cause.

I was in church, waiting in the confessional for the guy on the other side of the priest to finish up (he must have been a huge sinner because he was taking forever! I shoulda known better than to go in after him, he had that inbreed alcoholic cheap ..... mongering look about him) when I get bored and sit down and take a pull out my sub-ohm quad coil set up. Its dark in there and the vapor looks cool in the the barely there light so I figure I got time and just start chugging away. After about 5 minutes, it's so thick in there, I can't see my own hand. Well, the father slides the confessional wall and the red light goes on on my side and the fog starts pouring through the screen over to the fathers side with me in the middle of a super inhale. The whole thing shocked me and I choked and my voice got all deep and funky and I said "Forgive me Father, for I have sinned..." And that's when I hear Fr. Murphy scream and faint. I came out of the confessional surrounded by a wall of vapor l and its just a line of 5 or 6 old ladies there and I said "Welcome to the jungle, it gets worse here everyday" It was all I could think of and they ran. So I strolled out.
