Sprint Center, Midland Theatre, Uptown Theatre - For Concerts - No issues. But, the house lights are off.
AMC Movie Theaters - No issues yet.

Kansas City Royals (Outdoor baseball Stadium) - Friday, was told by an Usher that anything that emits a vapor is not allowed. I asked the aisle nazi if that included primatene mist, and emergency asthma inhalers. She just gave me "The Look".

Missouri Mavericks (Hockey - Independence, MO) - I never vaped in my seats, only at intermissions. I had vaped almost all season in the corridors, directly in plain view of law enforcement, etc, and had never been told "No".. Near the end of the season, head of ushers told me it wasn't allowed. They referred me to the website, nothing listed. So, I complained to my season ticket rep, and he emailed me some obscure language from the City itself, which bought into the negative eCig propaganda that has been spread around.

Kansas City Chiefs (Arrowhead Stadium) - No issues at all last season, but the stadium is next to the baseball park, so may be headed for no vaping there also, this year.

I am never blatant about vaping in public places. In fact I cover the battery with my vaping hand, but I do exhale immediately, so there is a cloud emitting into the air around me.

I vape anywhere and anytime I feel like it (Period)

I personally couldn't care less about no vaping rules ... Stealth !!
I know when to go stealth and not blow huge clouds (common sense)

Of course, I am over 60 with a type A personality ...
which plays a role in my thought process.

I didn't live through Viet-Nam to be told I can't vape
by some Nanny State lover.

I guess everyone can read my body language ...
because in 4 years NO ONE has ever even suggested
that I shouldn't be vaping.
:p

I'm always being asked what's in my pipe that I'm hitting on. I use an ego with either a clearomizer or regular carto. it gives me a chance to explain vaping however it kind of annoys me that they think it's drugs of some sort. I'm 55 yrs old. really
